Metabolic is designed to fit the needs of all clients, no matter your workout experience. Our certified training coaches are here to learn about your goals, fitness history and needs. Each day we will make sure that you have the personalized experience you are looking for.
HOW LONG ARE WORKOUTS?
Each workout is 45 minutes long and run at various times throughout the day.
WHERE DO I START?
Our coaches will greet you each day, assign you your weight, and place you in a station.
TYPE OF WORKOUT?
Our workouts are focused on Metabolic Training; the perfect blend of strength training and cardio.
HOW DO I START?
Click the link on the menu “Find Your Studio” to find your local Metabolic and book your free workout!
15 MINUTES EARLY
On your first day, we recommend you come in 15 minutes early so you can meet the coaches, tour the studio and learn about the workout of the day.
After you receive your weight assignment, you will line up at your designated station and watch our coaches explain and demo the template and exercises of the day.
Once the demo is done, we will start the music, give you a countdown and then it's go time! Our coaches will be around assisting and instructing you throughout the workout.
